In order to promote windsurfing in the South American region, you are invited to participate in the South American Wavesailing Championship 2008 that will be held from July 27th to July 31st. The event will take place at Pacasmayo, one of the best wavesailing spots in South America.

South American Wavesailing Championships 2008
July 27-31, 2008

Location: Pacasmayo, Peru. Km 681, North Pan-American highway.

Categories: Open South American and Juniors.

Organizer: Peruvian Windsurfing Association.

Status: South American / continental event (recognized by the International Funboard Class Association - IFCA)

Discipline: Wavesailing

Social activities: There will be daily social activities for competitors and spectators on the beach and hotel during the event.

Note: The Wavesailing National Championship in Peru will be held from July 25th to July 27th in Pacasmayo and the divisions will be Experts, Juniors and Beginners.
