Morane Demont secures 3rd place in the Winners Final
15 year old Morane took 3rd place on the all French podium behind Alice Arutkin and winner Valerie Ghibaudo.

According to the latest PWA up-date on the Slalom World Cup in Alacati, things got pretty shaken up on day two, leaving a number of competitors in unexpected positions. Reason for this was a number of false starts, exactly seven of the ten-man heat had started false. The mass disqualification left Prtichard, Wemms and team rider Jesper Orth free to advance without even having to sail the heat. Chris Pressler also joined the group of "false starters" and was qualified just after moving into the quarterfinals.
